no,usually they have a certain person or people to do that ,I would you want a guy covered in oil washing and cleaning your car.I know I don't,that's the concept dealers use.Some car dealers offer a free car wash and vacuum. Do car dealers' oil changers clean and wash cars too?
At the dealership I work at it's 2 different areas. Clean up and Quick lube.
