About oil light, is there anything wrong if a car's oil light is red when the key turns to on ?

When I put the key to my Ford laser 1995 LXi and turned it to on, the oil light was red like seat belts, charge, brake. But when I ignited the engine, the oil light then turned off. I checked the oil level and saw it was still full. Is there anything wrong with my car or that's normal like any other cars?About oil light, is there anything wrong if a car's oil light is red when the key turns to on ?
Normal. If the oil light does NOT come on, (or one of the other lights that normally do) then the bulb is burnt out and needs replaced. It's sort of a bulb test every time you turn to ON. About oil light, is there anything wrong if a car's oil light is red when the key turns to on ?
Normal. You have to worry if there is no light when turned on. Its means that you have a busted bulb or the oil switch is damaged.
Cluster lights are supposed to turn on to acknowledge the effectiveness of the system making sure they will light up when necessary. When you turn the key.
It is set up that way so you can verify that the warning lights are working. Duh.

That is normal.
ITS GONNA BLOW!!!
