Muriatic Acid, which is 31.45% Hydrochloric Acid. It's used to clean mortar from bricks, and reacts with certain things, one of them being Calcium. You can find it at Lowe's or any home improvement center. Be careful...use it full strength, even though you should dilute it with water, but don't let it touch your skin, or breathe the vapors. I have tried just about everything. The only thing that really worked was some industrial strength concrete cleaner made for garages that I found at Auto Zone. I got a heavy brush and worked it into the stain. Apply 2-3 times, and the stain was gone.
WD-40 works pretty well, not perfect, but its a start. Just spray it on and wipe it up with a good towel or two. Then maybe go invest in a good oil stain remover for the tough spots.
Muratic Acid its used for cleaning brick it will work on cement also.
You can use kitty litter on the oil spill to soak up all the oil, or Walmart carries something like the garages use for oil stains.
A 25% solution of muriatic acid will take anything out of cement. Be careful not to spill any on yourself, and be careful not to make it much stronget than 25% or it will etch your cement. Just spray it on with or without pressure, let it sit for 10 minutes and hose it off using plenty of water to further dilute the acid before it soaks into the topsoil or runs into the local waste water supply.
Pour Coca Cola on the spot and pressure wash it away!
I've heard coke (the soda drink, not the drug!) cleans up pretty good.

i read all those other answers. don't do it, acid will make it worse. wd 40 is kerisene and teflon, stains worse


spread kitty litter on it about an inch deep. leave it on a week or more. sweep it up and re spread it ocassionally. repeat.


you may pour one half cup gasoline on the stain after a week or so, then cover again. be careful with gasoline. only do it with the doors open and keep flames and sparks away as long as you can smell the gas. not everyone should mess with gasoline. kerosene will work, but it is almost impossible to get kerosene. most is stove oil. do not use diesel, it will make it worse.
