How can I tell that my new car needs oil with a reminder sticker?

I m not sure that I look at my automatic logo on meter panel. How can I tell that my new car needs oil with a reminder sticker?
uhhhhh. you are SUPPOSED to change your oil every 3000 miles. The sticker they place on your windshiled is SUPPOSED to record the milage for your NEXT oil change. So if your ODOMETER states 42345 miles on it, and you JUST had the oil changed today, your NEXT change OUGHT to be when the ODOMETER reaches 45345. You can have it changed again anytime BEFORE the ODOMETER reaches this point, or a few hundered miles after it, but its recommended to try and be REGULAR about making it every 3000 miles. I dont know what youre referring to when you say ';Automatic Logo';. To put it into a childs words, your odometer is the thingy with numbers on it that you can see inbetween your steering wheel and your windshield and the numbers MOVE whenever you drive the vehicle to indicate distance driven.....How can I tell that my new car needs oil with a reminder sticker?
On the reminder sticker that is attached on the top left of your einshield should clearly state the mileage of the date you need to get the oil changed. Next time when you get an oil change remind them to place it in the windshield if they miss it
hey there all you have to do is open your hood and look for your oil dip stick and pull it out clean it off and put it back in again and pull it back out again and look at it now there will be a full mark and a low mark on it with a bunch of like crossing lines on it if your oil is lets say half way between the full and low mark you will need to add half a quart to it and if your oil level is at the low line you will need to add one full quart of oil...and your engine oil should be changed any wheres from 3000 to 5000 depending on how much driving you do hope this info was helpfull to you
the easiest way is to change it now, mark the mileage, and do it every 3,000 miles
its easier to check it manually .. with the dip stick.. that way you dont blow up your motor
