Why does my car need oil every 2 weeks?

I don't think this is normal, but we need more oil every 2 weeks and I know it isn't leaking out. Plus every once in a wile I smell something like burning wax coming through the heater. Why does my car need oil every 2 weeks?
It sounds like your car is leaking oil internally into the antifreeze. Check the level and colour of your anti-freeze. It's not normal for this to happen, and it will cause your engine to seize eventually if you don't do anything.

The smell of burning wax is strange, not sure what that would be. If you have air fresheners in your car, remove them. Why does my car need oil every 2 weeks?
Sounds like you need deep pockets. You may need new valves, rings, or have a leak internally.
wrong place to put question dawn, try cars
I am sorry to hear that. Is your engine burning oil? You shouldnt be adding oil every 2 weeks.

See a mechanic for second opinion.

May be it is time to replace it. Used cars are very cheap in US of A.
it can be leaking and u just cant see it.that smell is the oil burning,u have a serios problem u need to take car to mechanic who knows what he is doing and have it checked out could be bad seals or plug leaking get it looked at soon
why is this in hair?
Uhh....beauty and style%26gt;hair?

Put this question in cars- your car is a piece 'o shiite- the engine is probably going kaput. There's nothing good about an oil-guzzling auto!
