How to remove car oil stains from brick driveway...?

The driveway is made of bricks, the color of medium gray. The car's oil leaked on it, and the stains are a rust brown. They are extremely noticeable.

I tried (water) hosing down the driveway with mild cleaners and laundry detergent, but the stains were just as noticeable as ever. What do I use to remove them without discoloring the bricks? Thank you in advance. How to remove car oil stains from brick driveway...?

try a pressuere washer and dry sweep. cat ;iter will work to but will leave residue that whould wash off with water.
Try painting over the bricks with oil based paint. Also you could replace the stained area with new bricks.
you should use some brick cleaner or patio cleaner they are a type of acid and will dissolve the stain but wont discolor the blocks, alternately you could change the blocks which are stained the easiest way to do this is crack one with a hammer and bolster and then wiggle it out using a cement/brick trowel and then replace the block make sure you level sand Back out that you disturb you can use the back of your fingers to do do this, if you have not had the drive laid long give the guys that laid it a call and they will come and change the blocks for you, once you are done think about having the drive sealed you can buy this from builders merchants or possibly b+q you can either spray it on or use a paint roller and do it that way,it will keep the colour in and make stains easy to wash off that's what it is for!
I would try kitty litter or sand.
I use tide powder soap and a stiff house broom. wet -spread soap- let it soak- scrub it hard wash it off works ever time even on transmission oil
