How do you get car oil off of a down jacket (can't wash in washing machine)?

i have 3 kids and this stuff works MAGIC





its gotten permanent marker off of my walls and gum out of my daughters hair and black ink off of my egyptian cotton sheets.





i probably couldnt function without it.How do you get car oil off of a down jacket (can't wash in washing machine)?
Natural degreaser:- (Theory, Like dissolves Like)





* Rub Orange Oil or Eucalyptus Oil onto the stained area let stand for 15 minutes, then launder with a nautral laundry detergent (e.g Woolite) in warm water followed by two warm rinses.

Try squirting Dawn dish soap on the area, rub it in well, then let it set for a while. Go back to the jacket %26amp; wipe the Dawn dishsoap off the coat with a damp cloth. If it's gone, wipe the rest of the soap off with a damp cloth until there is no trace of oil. If the oil is still there, repeat step one.
You CAN wash a down jacket in the washing machine BUT is has to be one of those front loading types. You don't want the agitator twisting it up.





Drying them out is tricky though. Takes for ever as you have to tumble dry on very low heat.

And you can wash it in a front loading machine.
TR rubbing Go-Jo hand cleaner on it and then


wash it in a front loader washer. It should come out with no problem. You will have to wash it twice though to make sure it is gone.





Dry Ceaners use a chemical a lot like lighter fluid.
